Vicky Tiel the go to designer in the 1980s especially for evening wear. She started her career in 1968 with partner Elizabeth Taylor who she dressed for most of Elizabeth’s life. This strapless gown is silk taffeta bodice which is completely ruched. The skirt has the drama, the base is silk taffeta and then there are several layers of net and the outer layer has silver stones that are beaded in a pattern of an evergreen branch  in various positions, the skirt is slightly longer in the back and is doubled hem to give it weight so when you dance the gown will not ride up. Size as follows bust 36, waist 27hips 38,  length 56 excellent condition
